Condition of Item

• All sale prices are final and no negotiation is allowed.
• All goods sold in their existing conditions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Prices & Payment

• All items are tagged at regular prices.
• Cashless payment only. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

Delivery Services by Lalamove (third-party delivery service)

• All delivery services are managed by Lalamove, and delivery costs are based on in-app prices.
• Wrapping services are available at $20 per piece of furniture.
• Please refer to the table below for the delivery time slots by Lalamove.

 Note: 

• All delivery would need to be booked on the same day according to the table above.
• Delivery orders that are made after the last pick-up timing for the day will be pushed to the next day delivery.
