You can access these Terms and Conditions through this document (“Document”) only if you agree to them and accept the following Terms and Conditions without limitation or reservation. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing this promotion (“Promotion”). You may download material displayed in this Document for your non-commercial, personal use only. Additionally, you shall not modify, reuse, report, or use the contents of the Document for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video without Livspace’s written permission. Livspace reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion mentioned on the Document or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By participating in this Promotion, you are deemed to have expressly consented to Livspace to contact you via all print or electronic means.
- This promotion is valid with the Renovation and Interior Design package signed with Livspace with a net value of S$20,000 & above.
- To be eligible for the promotion, book Livspace Renovation and Interior Design service by paying 10% of your project price from the 1st of March 2022 to the 31st of March 2022 (“Promotion period”).
- The promotion is not available for existing Livspace customers. There will be a maximum of 1 lucky winner (“Winner”) for this lucky draw.
- Lucky Draw will be conducted on 18th April 2022, at 2 pm at 120 Robinson Road #16-01 S(069913).
- Prize of S$50,000 worth of renovation (“Prize”) must be utilised within 1 home renovation, non-transferable and non-refundable or exchanged for cash or other products. The value of the prize will be a deduction of the Winner home renovation contract value. All unclaimed values will be forfeited.
- Renovation works must commence between 1st April 2022 till 31st July 2022, otherwise, the Prize of $50,000 worth of renovation will be forfeited.
- Livspace reserves the right to utilise renovated home images for its marketing and promotional materials.
- Livspace reserves the right to substitute or replace the Prize with another product of similar value without prior notice.
- Livspace reserves the right to revoke the Prize should the customer choose to cancel the project at any point.
- These offers cannot be combined with other promotional offers by Livspace.
