DELIVERY SERVICES

- Delivery fee is not included in the price.

- Self-collection is available and the date is subjected to availability.

- Items for self-collection have to be collected within 6 days from the date of purchase. Otherwise (i) there will be a chargeable storage fee of $25/day or (ii) we will arrange for a forced Drop and Go delivery at $80/trip.

- All deliveries have to be arranged by 28 Feb and your delivery time slot will be informed by our delivery partner.

Pick your preferred choice:

A. Drop and Go*

$80 per trip

This service does not include assembly and/or removal or packaging.

Delivery slots from 19 Jan to 28 Feb (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

For small items only such as dining chairs, dining benches, ottomans, coffee tables, side tables, and others.

B. Delivery with Assembly*

$120 per trip

This service include assembly and/or removal or packaging.

Delivery slots from 19 Jan to 28 Feb (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

For large items only such as sofas, dining tables, sideboards, and others. Please note that there will be additional charges for beds.

C. Self-collection*

No charges

Self-collection will be at 3 Kallang Junction, Level 1, S339265

from 14 to 28 Jan, between 10am-5.30pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

No wrapping services will be provided.

*Staircase fee: Additional charges apply for delivery of items beyond the first floor by foot. An additional cost of $25 per level per box. Please inform our Sales Advisor on the day of purchase.

- For any rescheduling or failed delivery, a $120 fee will be charged to you. To reschedule or make any changes to your order, kindly drop us an advance notice of 3 working days from the date of scheduled delivery.

- You are responsible to verify and arrange building access and all entry measures. On the event that the item is unable to fit into the elevator and needs to be transported via stairs, a separate delivery arrangement has to be scheduled and a second delivery charge of $150 will incur.
