Ingredients
1 cup wheat or Belgian beer
1 cup sparkling rosé
½ cup ruby red grapefruit juice
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) simple syrup
Pinch of whole pink peppercorns
Grapefruit round, grapefruit quarter and thyme sprig, for garnish
Instructions
Add beer, rosé, grapefruit juice and simple syrup to a pitcher or mixing glass and stir. Divide into 2 glasses.Top with pink peppercorn. Garnish each glass with grapefruit slices and fresh thyme.
